Apple Cider Vinegar: Nature's Healing Miracle

Made from fresh crushed apples and then allowed to ferment in wooden barrels, Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) is one of nature's miracle foods. ACV has so many beneficial properties and applications dating back thousands of years. Below you will find some of the key applications.

Apples are rich in potassium and enzymes-Potassium deficiency, which is extremely common, can stunt growth and shorten lifespan.
-Enzymes promote good digestion and are anti-inflammatory.
Relieves Chronic Fatigue
Too often people turn to harmful stimulants for relief, like coffee, energy drinks, pop, and addictive medication.
Weight Loss
While it is not known why, many people claim that ACV promotes weight loss. Some theories suggest that ACV helps to speed up metabolism, it has also shown to help dissolve fat and to lower blood sugar therefore reducing cravings and balancing your stress hormore cortisol.
Detoxification
Our bodies are overly exposed to toxins and as we age those toxins build up, apple cider vinegar has shown to help mobilize those toxins and allow for more energy, faster healing and better elimination.

Add 1/2 cup ACV to a basin of warm water and massage into skin one to twice a week.

Gently pat undiluted ACV on to skin to give relief from sunburn, leave it on to help prevent blistering and peeling. Soak in a cool tub with 1 cup ACV for 20-30 minutes

Soak area in 50/50 solution ACV and water. Drinking a tsp. ACV with half a glass warm water before meals to help fight internal infection.
